Hi, My name is Justin Plante, I am a User Experience Designer from New England Institute of Technology. My passion for design started as a child but as the years went on, it bloomed into a career that I love to do.  With all the knowledge and skills I have gained, creating thought-out designs and brainstorming up with creative solutions is just two of the many reasons why user centered design is my passion.

During my time at New England Institute of Technology, I have the opportunity to work for a company called, Rhode Planning and Management Solutions. This job consisted of user experience designing for convention transportation. Here, I developed a strong knowledge of users and how to create something thats user focused and functional. Here I designed for big conventions such as Consumer Electronics Show, MAGIC, and RSNA.

After graduating, I was the given the opportunity to work at a place called Advanced Remarketing Services. Here is where I was hired for the position as Lead UX/UI Digital Designer.

During all this time, I have maintained my ability to do freelancing which gave me the opportunities to create work with various clients such as a dog leash company called Pro-Leash and a cleaning service, Mops’ N Buckets.

With my diverse skillset obtained through education and experience, I have gained the ability to look at designs in multiple ways. This allows me to come up with creative solutions for various types of media.

One of my strongest skills is my creative problem solving. My ability to place myself in the user’s shoes and really work out the problem is something I do very well. My goal is to always find the best ways to deliver the best user experience to the end user.
